Advice to Prevent Expensive Plumbing Problems every 5 years..... 1.  Have your plumber replace the chrome pipe leading to the shower head  because currently, manufacturers use thin gauge metal which over time,  may crack and cause heavy, damaging leaks.  2. Replace washing machine hoses because with time they can deteriorate and cause major leaks.  3. Have your well tank serviced for proper air cushion to increase the life of your well pump.  Pre-Winter Prep Tips Don't forget to disconnect your outdoor hoses before the frost sets in.  Turn off and drain water to outdoor faucets, if possible.  Get your boiler checked and serviced.
